[Resolved] Samsung India — Inverter ac 2 ton of Samsung company not working properly | |||
Sub.-the complaint for ac 2 ton is not handled by your service center at valsad I had lodged the complaint for my ac on toll free no,[protected]. The a.c. Is not working properly and giving low cooling but two persons from samsung service station came to me as engineer out of them one has no idea to open plastic cover, and regret to say that they are trying to fool me. Without my permission they took photos of invoice and sided labels . They are not trying to find the fault or they are incapable of handling it. Only cloth used for body cleaning and said me that service is over. I contacted to service station in charge officer but he is not interested to give service to free calls. He also supporting to his men. But that both are ordinary labor class. And have not any identity card of samsung. After one mr. Sunil raval came for solve the problem but he has also not any knowledge to repair the ac. Afterwords mr. Aasish tandel came for solve the problem but he is also fail . Sir, i spend rs.60, 000/- for my facility not for take my self foolish. Sir, let me know that what should i want to do to take reward for my rs.60, 000/- Sir, i am a middle class man, i cant forget rs.60, 000/- which i paid to samsung dealer for this samsung a. C. Therefore i request your honer to do the needful to solve the problem . If the a.c. Is not repairable than please help me to get back my amount of rs. 60, 000/- and company can take away the a.c.
