[Resolved] Samsung India — inverter ac wear and tear within a short span of time | |||
I would like to register a complaint regarding the fault in my 1.5 ton inverter ac purchased in the month of july 2016. Within two years of time i encountered a manufacturing defect in the internal coil due to which i was asked to pay a sum of rs 10, 600/- (8000 for coil replacement and 2000 for gas filling press tax). Such a branded product like samsung should not info below wear and tear within a short span of time. Hence i request to repair the unit free of cost as the customer is in no way responsible for the repair. I did register a complaint the details are given below but was offered only a discount of 25% which i am not ready to take up. I need the repair to be fine free of cost except for the service charges which i have already paid. Details as follows: Your samsung product request number is [protected].
