I purchased samsung inverter ac in may 2014.
This has 10 years warranty. It stopped working in less than 2 years.
I complained to samsung customer care on 22nd feb 2016. I mentioned that it is giving error signal of power not available for outdoor unit.
The service providing agency for samsung in pune (Supra enterprises) sent their man 2 times & charged money for servicing. They did not repair it.
The first man told your relay is defective inside the indoor unit, which he removed & tried to repair for 2500 rs. Ultimately it did not work. He then admitted that there is no relay in the indoor unit.
The second man from the same agency told your outdoor unit power pcb card & main pcb card is defective & you need to renew them both. It would cost around 10, 000 rs.
The power is not available from pcb card, but he mentioned that the other card may also be damaged & you have to renew it without knowing whether it is actually defective or not. This 2nd card costs around 7000 rs.
I asked him to change them.
This samsung company is doing so much business in india but, they are not providing the spares.
I am waiting for these spare card for last 1.5 months.
Half of the summer i spent without ac. Still on the hope that this useless & cheating agency of samsung so called supra enterprises would provide the service & repair it.
I had lot of faith on samsung brand. I bought another ac one year back of samsung brand only. I also have led tv from samsung. I always used samsung mobiles, but now i realized it is not a trust worthy brand.
