FINAL- REMINDER P.S.: IN WARANTY PERIOD, SAMSUNG REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF MOBILE WITH NO CHARGES, We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to CONSUMER COURT for vindication of my right. So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES immediate. Madam, Followings discrepancies have been found in the services of SAMSUNG:- 1.Personally visit by VERY SENIOR CITIZEN walked from a long distance in this winter season on dated 05/12/16 at HCL – Janak Puri service centre, they refused to service the set under the warranty period to solve the problem in software which was already informed to Ms.Parmila on the same day. 2. Call received on 06/12/16 by Mr. Anil and Ms. Parmila from the company on dated 07/12/2016 for again visit to service centre on assurance that matter will be positively re-solve on getting the approval from the MANAGEMENT, the same old person again visited on 07/12/16 for submit the set at service centre. 3.Regret to inform you that Ms. Parmila told on 07/12/2016 that we will pay the charges for repair the set which is in the guarantee period. Its a matter of very shame that there is no changes in Ms. Parmila statement, same as earlier, why? So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. P.S.: We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to higher authorities for vindication of my right. So, instruct the service center to solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES immediate.
