Iam kamalakar from mahabubnagar, telangana i purchased a samsung j7 mobile last year date not remembered. recently with mobile power button problem i visited karthikeya samsung care, mahabubnagar. they said mobile is on warranty no need to pay, after a long time of 3-4 days they said repair completed come & collect the mobile, after i reached there they showed the bill, and without my permission they changed the charging pin also . they behave neglect about the servicing of my mobile.
