[Resolved]  Samsung India — irresponsible samsung promoters

Hello sir
I purchased new samsung mobile note 8 on 26 september 2017 from a samsung dealer at ahmedgarh (Punjab)-148021
At the time when i visited to samsung store samsung promoter boy tell me about the offers of free wireless charger and screen protection scheme (By paying rs 999 at the time of service).
I liked samsung offers and new note 8 so i decided to buy this phone.
Same day i purchased it with attached invoice at last.

Samsung boy and samsung dealer clicked the selfi with me to promote samsung products and viraled on social media. I felt very happy.
After paying i told samsung boy to fill all documents to avail all services and schemes and i told him to let me know all about conditions and he told me nothing. He opened the box and copied all necessary data in the new phone from my old one and insert a sim (Out of my three mobiles) in note 8 and told me that i have done all my process and you would got a call from samsung and yours wireless charger would be delivered on yours adress after 15-20 days. He didn’t tell me anything more about it. I don’t know which number he had registered.
After one month i visited many times to this samsung store to know about my wireless charger but they always told me to wait for some time because no nobody has received it yet...
But now when i forced to tell me the reason for delay then they told me that i can not avail any schemes because of change one of my mobile sim from note 8 to another one. I liked note 8 better then i phone 7+ so after two days i inserted my personal number [protected] in note 8. Any samsung staff did not tell me about the condition that the number which has been inserted in new mobile slot is compulsory to use in same mobile. No body did not tell me about any boundations. I didn’t know any thing about this.
I’m a reputed businessman in my region. I purchased samsung mobile first time and i have always used i phone since my childhood and i’m using three mobiles with different mobile numbers now days. I am using my new note 8 mobile as a priority with my personal number [protected]. Where is the fault of custmor who paid rs 70, 000 on a samsung product and he used it as his requirements.
Who is responsible for this
. Samsung promoter boy (Who did not know his responsibility regarding his customers and did not told necessarily to me)
. A samsung dealer (Who’s stores reputation effects after such incidents)
. Samsung company (For that types of conditions which are meaningless)
. Or a innocent custmor who spend a huge amount of rs 70, 000 for a new mobile after impress samsung offers.
So pls tell me why i have to bother for any others negligence rather then i have paid for all services.
I don’t know about yours conditions but i know i have paid for it and i have purchased samsung note 8 with all free gifts and offers from samsung that they offered me before i have purchased it. I have right to avail this.
When if you know that i have purchased new note 8 with valid purchase invoice then why samsung company can loiter to full fill there promises. All mobile numbers till now i used in note 8 [protected] and [protected] both are my numbers and i’m using these numbers since last 5 to 10 years. These both mobile numbers and a valid purchase invoice should be sufficient to samsung to avail all my pending offers.
So pls send me my pending vouchers for which i already have been paid as soon as possible or pls tell me what i can do for it.
I will wait for your kind reply.
