[Resolved] Samsung India — irresponsible service and monopoly | |||||
I have a fully automatic washing machine top loader. I stay at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. My samsung service centre is at nehru nagar bhilai.My washing machine got troubled in september 2018. we approached for customer care and booked a service engineer from this service centre.his name is Azhar.he attended and charged his fee of rs. 550/- and told us to change a drain part spare. my warranty period was up to 17.11.2018. he told us that the spare is not available at bhilai and it will be available in next 2-3 days.after 2-3 days when we contacted him he did not response and even after 2 months he did not respond. again I contacted customer care for service.again customer care booked a service engineer mr. arvind kumar against service order no. [protected].arvind kumar also attended the same but still he has not properly responded and my fully automatic washing machine is still non working.both the times service centre closed the complain with his own will.very cheap service of samsung india.
