[Resolved] Samsung India — Issue with display | |||||
I have purchased Samsung LED 80 cm 32H5500 in Oct 2014, few days back there was an yellow & green lines started appearing on display screen and also the volume gets low, I have contacted the customer support ( Complaint Nos/service order [protected] & [protected]), we have been told from there support team that some panel needs to replace and that will cost me around Rs 17, 000. I wont understand the quality of samsung? how someone can pay so much of amount for repair. Even the behavior of assigned engineer was also not professional.This incident completely changed my mindset for Samsung. Samsung is typically making fool to people like me with their low category product. I demand that either the issue needs to be resolved or refund of my entire purchase amount.
