[Resolved] Samsung India — j7 pro | |||||
I have purchased j7 problem 2oct 2017 and it got started hanging n heating to an extent where it becomes unusable. I tried resething it thrice and again same result. I visited samsung service centre three times and they're saying the same that they cannot replace it at any cost becauwe it's showing hanging not heating. And said hanging pe doa nahein banta. And then i called samsung toll free number and they said co - ordinate with samsung service centre. I means what else i have to do for a replacement. This phone have issues and my friend using j7 pro and it's working fine. Even phone i used in service center is also working fine Why the hell i have to suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
