[Resolved] Samsung India — j7 pro | |||
I had purchased a J7 Pro on August 2017. Set hangs too much and 3 times it get auto restore and i lost my data. i contacted to the samsung care he said me he solved the issue but again and again the problem of auto restoration and auto off is continue. i m tierd of this phone. Biggest fault to choose such product. even after one month of purchase problems started and evertimes cust care person tells me it wont happn again. Please do something 3 times i lost all my imp data. What to do. I m very disappointed with this product, choosed samsung becoz of trust of its brand and product quality. But i had suffered too much please solve my issue or replace it. I ca t loose my data again and again. And its auto off problem is too sacry. Many times during my office hours it shut offs while talking to the higher officers and they seems me rude that i stopped the call between the conversation.
