[Resolved] Samsung India — j7 pro lcd damaged twice within 2 months | |||
Dear team, i lodged a complaint on 23rd october 2017, as the lcd was damaged and even after replacement of the lcd, the new lcd also turned damaged. Spots cropping up which will result in darkening of the entire screen like the last time. Now i feel that there is some problem with the phone itself otherwise how come a 2 months old phone be such kind of a damaged piece. Most probably there is a problem in the product. I am finding huge difficulty with this phone. And why should i need to be troubled for this new phone. Company should arrange for a replacement of the phone. As it is second time that the lcd is damaged. The new lcd after servicing i brought home and the same problem logged in. So, kindly do the needful for the replacement of the new j7 pro.
