[Resolved] Samsung India — j7 pro mobile not charging and not power on

Dear sir,
I have bought a samsung j7 pro mobile on 10/09/2017. I have faced a problem in a mobile. The mobile was not power on and was not charging. I have went to service center there they told me if there is a problem in mother board or other parts in mobile means we will repair it.. Otherwise there is no replacement on phone.

I am not satisfied with service the mobile. Kindly replace my money or replace me the new one.

Told me is there any problem in motherboard or some other parts means we
Wil repair it. And there is no any replacement of handset.. They told

But i am not satisfied with the service of the phone because i have
Bought the phone earlier only. So kindly replace the new phone or
Return my money back..
