[Resolved] Samsung India — j7prime mobile | |
Product bought on 16 october 2016 from authorised company store for 19700 rs started giving trouble after 1 year 2 months. The mother board is malfunctioning. The warranty for which was 1 year and it's repair is worth 5000. Have been complaining regularly but the only solution they have is spend more money. There is no focus on durability. The phone is used by us with utmost care for we cannot afford to change it every season. Was this information helpful? | |
