[Resolved] Samsung India — lack of proper response by the customer helpline service | |||||
On 21 august, 2018 we had given a complain to the nearby customer helpline that our washing machine was not functioning properly. the customer helpline responded by saying that one of their mechanics would come to repair our appliance. However the person who was assigned for the job showed very little interest and didn't show up to repair our washing machine. We are very disappointed by this kind of service and will make sure that we don't purchase your product in the future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
