I purchased a LED of Samsung 3 months before and company employee not installed proper place i immediately stop him and requested to installed proper place but he denied and asked for money to installed proper place.
At present from last three months my LED is not installed i m regular customer of Samsung i have Fridge, Mobile, Air Conditioner & 2 LED of Samsung company but this time i am so disappointed due to services of yours.
earlier i registered complaint from my registered mobile no.[protected] but your executive informed that i have to deposit 1000 RS for this. I am not requesting for installing my LED in different wall or different room, same wall but at proper height.
