1. No response has been received by customer with reference to call reference :[protected] dated 18/01/2017, 21/01/2017 & 22/01/2017. 2. Rs.15, 262/ was paid to mr srinivas, the assigned samsung representative 1 on 12/01/2017 vide r-logic technology services receiot no 9521for extended warranty. Samsung repair centre jayanagar, bangalore is charging 2% extra on card payments which is against the RBI guidelines

Recently i buy a Samsung galaxy j7 prime but after some day its charger does not work. I went to Samsung customer care center so customer executive said to me for leaving my cellphone for processing. I said to him why, its a accessories problem not a cellphone problem so he reply me sir its a company policy.
