[Resolved] Samsung India — led tv repair issue | |||
I bought this lead tv in october 2018, and in april came the problem in the screen, i complied, then the engineer checked the photo and took the photo, And they told me that the panel would change within two days, and after 5 days when i called the service center it was being told Installation of your tv is done in 2014, it can not be repair right now I want to know what is my fault in it, every product in my house is of samsung, we are sad to see this type of service, I have bill of october 2018 present, what is the story before that i do not know, i want solutions at all times, otherwise i will file a case in consumer court Is it a samsung service standard.. It's a surprise? It looks like i have committed a crime by purchasing a samsung product Was this information helpful? | |||
