[Resolved] Samsung India — Made a mistake in believing samsung | |||||
Going against the opinions and advises of my very close people i opted for a samsung refrigerator for the first time in my life but had a worst experience as - 1. The product is a defective one that was observed on the second day of its operation. Though 10 years warranty card has ben provided but due to very inefficient response, loosing the hope of the same. 2. My complaints are being constantly ignored 3. Phone calls not being attended This is more discouraging that already 9000+ complains have been reported and i guess with this kind of response this is going to increase. If you can pay some of your precious time for your product and customer it would be of great help. If, you can be of any help then kindly contact on (+91-[protected]) Thanks.
