Out of three mandatory servicing only one serving done in feb'16. Complain no. [protected] dt 17.5.16 was made for final servicing. Since there is one day' s delay in final call (Since i was outstation), specific request was made to instruct that the service engr doesn't insist on payment of service charge.
On 20.5.16, a phone call was received from service engr, who insisted on servicing against payment only. Ultimately no one visited for servicing till date.
It is felt that free mandatory servicing is an obligation in seller's part and hence should have been conducted within given time frame, without waiting call from the purchaser. This apart, it is hereby informed that due to faulty installation of ac, the compressor was damaged and had to be replaced. Conseqently, the ac was out of service for nearly three weeks from beginning of june'15. Hence the machine should be considered under extended warranty period for at least 20 days.
