Dear Sir, As I have logged the complaint of my washing Machine front loaded on dated 13th Sep.2016. But till date no action has been taken to resolve the issue. Even not receive a single call from Service Engineer. Is really this much time required to reputed company like samsung to resolve an issue of a customer. After having repeated follow ups with so many customer Executives (Aakrati, Daulat, Shubam, Shishir, Pinky, Aishwarya, Dinesh) they just only pick up the calls and assured me that today definitely the issue would resolve but regret to say nothing will happen.
