launched a complaint on June 6 regarding my TV failure in the support team. They arranged the engineer on the same day. The engineer took the important information after exam in the TV model number cs21c510cl its a2010 model. He ensured the new part installation in 2 days. However nothing happened till now and today after so many calls and mental torture another engineer came with a wrong replacement and denied the repair due to unavailability of the part India. Between these days I contacted numerous times to the engineer but he never Respond in a positive manner he also said that I can complaint in the head office. I did not get any assistance after so much hassle and Torture. I want the compensiaTIon
