I spoke to Swati yesterday and she confirmed to me that I will receive a call back within 4 hours ( Ref No: [protected]). I haven''t received one. It proves that there is no value for a customer SAMSUNG has. It is just cheating people by proving wrong information. I have a Tab which is still under warranty and on top of that an extended warranty aswell and was told that everything will be covered which is not true.
At the time of purchase sale matters more than what customer should know. I came to know that there is different warranty periods applicable to the products which are parts of the same product and are no use without each other.
Request you to make things clear at the point of sale. I have left my phone with M/S Telenet services Bill No: [protected]. I was told there is a problem with the connected and latter told me that the data cable is also not responding properly. It was happening from the beginning itself. My only concern is that why wrong information is provided at the point of sale. My Invoice date is 05/ April 2014 and also extended warranty for which I paid Rs 649/-. What is the fun of paying if there is no support from SAMSUNG.
