We have a ml 2161 samsung printer
The issue with it is that it is not responding or we can say its not getting started.
It is seriously a pain as we are unable to process our work due to this problem..

after posting my complaint i got a call from [protected] and followed by another call from [protected]
they both said that they are from samsung and they will collect our printer from our native place ...
but they asked me for my card details and the otp which i get
WHAT THE HELL
I GUESS I M NOT SUPPOSED TO SHARE MY CARD DETAILS WITH ANY ONE
THEY WERE CONTINUOUSLY ASKING MY CVV NO. AND THE OTP FOR SOME ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

u guys are a big team atleast you should have a link so that we can pay any freaking online payment by ourselves
even we are educated and we know how to do an online transaction ...

please consider it seriously because
this is the thing which a consumer will never like

i guess even you are aware of online frawds
