Its with great disappointment i writing this complaint.I have been using Samsung mobile from past 8 years.Till now i have used at least 6 models .On 23rd February 2016 i have purchased A72016, from 3rd day onward it was giving me trouble. Initially i thought due to some network problem i thought it was getting hanged but later on suddenly it use to turn black.On the 6th day i went to the same shop from where i purchased and asked them to help me out.(Bajaj Electronics Kothapet Hyderabad)He asked me to hand over the mobile so that he can give it at service center.Once it was checked at Malakpet sansung center he handed over back to me.My problem was not sorted out.This is the third time have handed over the mobile.They have confirmed that hard ware is having problem.I have hardly used for 6 days from the day of purchase. After paying an amount of 30, 500/- i purchased the mobile.Also when i went to Samsung service center at Ameerpet near my office they said that its better to give at the same service station, because their is a small dent at the corner.
Why cant you replace my mobile and give me DO.Defect in the mobile is their from beginning onward and more over your Authorized service center has stated that they are changing the Hard ware has the problem is in it.In case after doing all this still the problem persist then what i am suppose to do your persons do not have answers for it.
After being loyal customer and trying to market your products in my group and personally using all your products such has TV, Fridge, AC and now mobile.Why should i go through such a pain.This is the way you all take care of your customers.

Purchased mobile A72016 on Feburary 23rd 2016.Its getting hanged, cant pick up calls, screen turning black and automatic getting switched off.Prior to this twice i have given at service center presently its the third time.Confirmation received from your authorized service center that the hard ware is problem in the mobile.Initally they said its software problem and now they say its a hard ware problem.I have hardly used the phone, from the day of purchse till today i have used it for 6 days.When i asked them to change and give me a new one has the piece it self has some defect they refuse.They state that it can be done only in the first 7 days from the day of purchase.When i gave it on 6th day why didnt they do it.Simply they update software and gave back to me.Why didnt they checked at that because of which iam facing the problem.
I have been using your products from such a long time and i have been promoting your products in my group and my relatives.Today my family members only use Samsung products.I have TV, Fridge, AC, Mobile all are Samsung. After being patronizing with your company this is what i get.
I would like to request that if this is the way customers are treated very soon we would be lossing the faith in your company.I would request to look into the matter and do the needful.
