Dear sir/madam, Good day!! I have already lodge complaint against them and also i received call from samsung head office and disclose all my concern to them and they advise me i will be getting my money back and just need to visit the samsung service center but today when i visit they service center manager said we will not be refunding any amount which was shocking even though i told him i have recording with me.
