[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile device problem | |||
Dear sir, Most urgent I am very sorry to inform you that i am using above subject samsung galaxy a30 mobile from march-2019. Starting three months mobile working good. After three months this mobile not getting network signals properly. Even city center also i am getting 1 or 2 points only. I have givened this mobile to your customer service center, chittoor. They replaced my mobile moard. And next day it was not opened (Touch problem) again i have returned my device to service center after one weak they have givened back to me. They are damaged my back case also for this device. Problem not solved so many times i have informed them about this issue but they are not taking it seriously.
