[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile galaxy J7 | |||||
Bought the above model barely three weeks back. Has been giving me problems from day 1. the screen vibrates without any provocation. does not happen all the time though. the other day it dialed on its own, even though i have a password protected access. Just as I write, I am trying to close applications used this morning. But it is refusing to through the Right Click method. Now this does not happen all the time. The phone has been momentarily hanging from day 2. however, it did not misbehave at one of your service centers. The customer care executive there said that I need to come back when there is the specific problem. Tell me how can I deal with this situation. I think the set should be replaced.
