We had a samsung handset j2. Few days ago our handset was broken in display screen and became out of service. We placed it with our samsung service centre at katwa subodhsmriti road. They charged rs.2800 app and returned our handset saying that's ok. After coming home handset was found hang and no key is working. We again go to them. They said it is system problem and charged rs.280 app to software repair. It is mentioned that before our set broken no system or software problem was there. However again after coming home the same problem continued as hang with no key working. Again we go to them. They misbehaved with me with rough manner forgetting how to talk with customer particularly female. But one of them took my handset for repair and returned it saying same as that's ok. After coming home same problem continued as hang with no key working. As extra and most dangerous incident, display unit of my handset which was repaired by your service centre, has been detached with inner materials resulting our handset permanently disabled or dead. Complain has been lodged with your customer care executive vide docket no.[protected] dt 29.08.19 and repeatedly complain lodged vide no.[protected] dt 30.8.19. Online chat was also made. But all were in vain as all of them are saying our complain has been escalated and higher authority will talk to you regarding the matter.
Our question is who will be responsible for our handset death?
What is the cause of misbehaving with female customer and who will be liable for this?
What will be the ultimate result for our handset which has been made dead for incompetence of your service personnel?
More than 24 hours has been passed no compliance has been received from you. Who will be held responsible?
Does it not mean that our time has no value?
After you, to whom do we further inform the fact for solution?
We expect timely and practical step will be taken by samsung administration.
