Gave mobile (bought in Dubai) as mentioned in subject @Service Centre, Rajaji Nagar, B'lore on 25th March.
No calls from customer care about updates and status.
Every time I only had to call to know status. (Not even once I was called to inform status)
Finally, today went to receive handset without repair as motherboard costs too high.
The lady at desk need to look into details of jobsheet and speak.
Highly irresponsible head, and staff.
After charging Rs.150, at least call twice or thrice to inform customer about status.
Let this not happen to future customers.
Presently, people have been addicteded to mobile and cannot stop being away even for few minutes Was this information helpful? |
