I bought my samsung s8 a month ago and it has started overheating even when i am not using the phone it gets super hot am not even able hold it.

Good evening. I have bought Samsung j7 next few days ago. While using every app, it is asking me to UPGRADE.
MY questions is, It is a new phone why UPGRADE needed why did you save OLD version in a new phone. Pl.let me know. Each an every time I have been facing this kind of severe problem.
