Dear Sir,
Good evening. I have bought Samsung j7 next few days ago. While using every app, it is asking me to UPGRADE.

MY questions is, It is a new phone why UPGRADE needed why did you save OLD version in a new phone. Pl.let me know. Each an every time I have been facing this kind of severe problem.
I bought my samsung s8 a month ago and it has started overheating even when i am not using the phone it gets super hot am not even able hold it.

My on5 pro has been getting switched off automatically even at 70% charged it gets switched off rapidly...i am facing this problem for a month..plz do needed in this case as soon as ..its really annoying me
