[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile or money not refund | |||
Hi i have Samsung Grand mobile after not charging i have submitted to samsung care center ...after some time your guy has dead my mobile..i have to go to many time samsung office now your guy not refund my money OR mobile..please help me i have acknowledgement of service request slip REMARK :CHARGING PROBLEM I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung. Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so I can escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India.
