[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile Phone A8,complaint reference no:[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a new Samsung A8 on 27th Nov 2016.However the phone stopped working after 2 weeks of working. Took it to service center (service center no:[protected]) and the phone is with them for almost a month now.Have never heard any update from them and when i contacted them as well as the samsung customer care, the only answer i get is no spare. Iam undergoing a terrible time running from service center to your customer care. I heard now that the spare is not available .if available it would take another month to get the phone back. I am terribly upset with the quality of Samsung Product as well as your service I humbly request you to replace my phone or give a refund.If these are not possible, Please keep my phone with you and i will never get back to claim it Thanks for your support and help Regards Jithesh K Was this information helpful? | |||
