I have learnt and follow customer is the most important person who visits to premises. Invoice copy is attached i have purchased Samsung J7 in Jan 2016 and i had display issue .I have contacted customer service shop of silvassa to day 24/05/206, he accepted my mobile and contacted me after 24 hour and told me mobile had an issue of display and issue is of kind which can be solved under warranty .
I have received call from customer service after 4 hour to day he then told me, you have to bear the expense we cannot help in this case. He is also not free and available so that he can show me the fault in display. At least customer deserves to see the issue at least in case when customer feels and believe that issue is not from his side.
Believe money equivalent to the cost of J-7 will not matter to me but when person chooses to purchase brand item because of his ignorance and awareness of same product he feels cheated with such brand organization.
Need investigation so that I can be convinced cause of issue is from my side. I was told with number of friends who are expert of this field when ever any issue is faced in mobile purchased from FLIPCART, AMAZON customer center won’t support and this has became true to me. I have wrought complain to flip cart also they are checking from their side also. Was this information helpful? |
