Dear Sirs
We have recently(with in span of 4 months) purchased three mobile phone form Croma Kandivali(w), Mumbai.
Off three Mobile we purchased two were found to be not working properly.
The Croma people have replaced one and they are noe refusing to replace
our new phone (purchased 9 days ago) and sking us to repair the same.
The cost of the phone including insurance is Rs. 60, 000/-.
If this is the case with Samsung/Croma( 2 out three phones are not working properly (the cost of each phone was Rs. 57000/-, Rs 46000/- and Rs. 60, 000/-). and we have move around your service center to get it REPAIR instead REPLACEMENT. Why should we buy you high-end mobile ?
if this phone is not replaced, we will br forced to take appropriate legal action on Quality and after sales service.
