Dear samsung i have samsung a52016 model. Its display touch is continous but colour display is black on all display. I visited to customer sevice center but they answer me display is damage. But display is pressed not broken so what is solution of that case. Your company said that our display cant broen even hit by hammer. हम ने सैमसंग गैलेक्सी j2 मोबाइल ख़रीदा है उसका बैटरी बैकअप नहीं दे रहा हा हम ने नजदीकी सैमसंग सर्विस सेन्टर आनंद नगर देखाया उनहानो मोबाइल बना कर दिया फिर. 1 महिने बाद फिर बैटरी बैकअप माँ प्रॉब्लम आया रहा हा सर्विस सेण्टर वाला 4-5 दिन का टाइम मांग रहे एसा प्रॉब्लम क्यों आ रहा है हमें मोबाइल जल्द ठीक करवा कर दीजिये
