[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile phone motherboard | |||
I bought a new j6 phone 3 monthe ago and day before yesterday my phone battery was died so i kept it to charge but it was not getting on so i went to samsung customer service centre they that they will see it and inform me by evening. At evening i called them and asked about the phone then they said that my phone's mother board was gone and they will replace it and give me back my phone after 4 days but i don't want that. Now they are replacing the mother board if in future again any problem will come then what to do. So i want a new phone Was this information helpful? | |||
