M again complaining about the same Note Edge problem. N number of times i have sent you mail regarding this phone but still its not sorted out yet..
Again i am facing problems with this phone.. its speaker is not working properly.. its voice is less than before.. ringer voice is also less.. and that restart problem. Now it does not get restarted but on my finger print lock it shows again and again your device has restarted and i need to enter the backup password.. what the hell is wrong with your products and services.. you just force your customers to go against your complany and file a complaint in consumer court.. now i also need to take this action.. because this is the end of it.. neither i will tolerate such a bad service in such a high cost nor i will going to go it as easily as you are thinking.. such a bad experience with this device of yours.. so many problems in just one device.. i wont bear this now.. your company need to face the circumstances after this..
