We have purchased a mobile Samsung j7 next on 27th September 2017 but has some problem Frequently the ph switched off We have given the mobile on 11th Oct at digital bhubaneswr they send us to Samsung service center In service center they told us that the mobile was used on January 2017 How is it possible we have purchased on 27th of September 2017 Then they uploaded the software again and gave us buy when we reached at home the ph has Been switched off again Pls help us The bill is in the name of sradhanjali malice Mob-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
