Sir have purchase samsung s8 mobile phone, before 3 month ago, mobile is over heat problem and same time hanging problem, one time i have visit services center and give for services but problem is not solve, then friday 11/05/2018 do online complain give 24 hr intimation time for visit engineer on site but no one come, then i have call back online then tell me go to services center udhana, surat and give mobile phone for service yesterday 17/05/2018 i was there nut services center not accept my phone for services because online case open and samsung executive tell me go services station and give services but services center not accept my mobile so please suggest to me what to do???

Mobile have same issues over heat,
