[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile samsung j5 | |||
I had given my mobile in an authorized samsung service center on 7-6-16. They had taken 2000 rs advance and didn't generated any job sheet, just given me a manual bill on which bill no. Is also not mentioned. When i forced them to generate job sheet then on "4-7-17" then they had generated my job sheet. And its about 6 days now they are just giving me excuse that, your display is done but now your mobile network area is not working & again they use to say your motherboard is not working and bla bla bla. I just wanted you to take some legal action against them. My bill no. Is [protected]. Kindly take some quick action or i have to take some legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||
