[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile screen not replaced after 18 days | |||
Not getting proper resolution for my replacement of damage screen submitted at service centre ghaziabad bill no [protected] still waiting for the same saying it will take time after 18 days . contacted over customer care as well same answer it will take time please let me know how many days company required to provide parts to service center as every time we are getting same response sir parts not available being such a reputed brand samsung not able to provide a display to service center or we are cheated by company . feeling like handy camp without my phone really a pathetic experienced by me and my family .
