I purchased a sumsung j7 pro on 05/08/2017 product id is rz8j71hpm7a and imei no are [protected]/7. Screen of my mobile is turn in black automatically. I visited on your customer service center at makrana on 27/09/2017 but no response given by them. My device is in guarantee period.
