Dear team, I had purchased a samsung phone from flipkart last month on never find offer, by mistake, it has fallen down and got broken, we had visited the service center and submit the phone on 25 oct. Every day are calling by saying that your phone is ready, come and take when we go there they said sry sir phone is not ready will provide you in 2, 3 day but till now no update. This is how samsung a big company deal with their customers??? What i will do with this fake promises and all. After calling to there support they are saying your phone is delivered, but till now i didnt received.
