Dear sir/madam, subject: issue with samsung mobile. I have purchased samsung mobile, which is under warranty. There was a problem with the motherboard, so i sent it to service centre. They serviced it and returned to me. But problem not solved, so i sent again (3times) to service centre for service. There is no response from him. Its one and half month finished till they have not returned the set to me. So i request you to give me a extended warranty period for next one year or to change the new mobile or i want my money back.. I'm using this samsung brand since 3 years. Dissatisfaction with your service.. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy grand prime in June 2017.Now it stopped working suddenly.On approaching Samsung customer care center they told that the battery is getting recharged.When I asked to replace it at Free of cost since my mobile is in warranty period.Then they said battery will not be replaced.Please instruct the Samsung authorities to replace the battery at Free of cost since my mobile is in warranty period.

      I, Went to samsung authorised service center on 13/08/2017 to repair my samsung SM-T805, dealer took 1 day to check and next day he told me that there is a display problem and display is for 14156 inr, so i told him to repair this and he told me there is a warrantee for 3 months, after 3 days it again started problems and but it was any how working lil slow and slowly display again stopped working, i dint had a time and i thought warrant is for 3 months so i went for repair on 21/10 /2017

      2nd bill issued S.O - [protected] Date - 21/10 /2017

      Guy told me that to check what is the problem he will charge 413 inr . (It was in warrantee but still he charged me just to check the problem )
      After he checked now his point is you have a mother board issue . Service center rudely told me it will be again chargeable 15000 inr .

      My point is 1st time with same problem he told me that display problem and he said me mother board problem .

      That means a value of same model if i buy is for 30000/-
      and i repaired this product for 2 times at this value .

      Authorised service centres is doing fraud with customer .

      Now my points is if there was no problem with display where is my old display ??

      No reply from service centre i gone there multiple times they are not ready to listen and says pay more 15000 for mother board .

      I herby Request samsung you to refund my 14600 which i paid for nothing or make my product in use condition .

        Top loading washing machine is not working since 19.10.2017. Complaint was lodged on 19.10.2017 but till date no response from service center and no visit by any engineer.
        I have made a large number of phone calls to samsung helpline but there is no resolution of the problem. they are making empty promises that it will be resolved in a day or two but in this manner more than 12 days have passed.
        Its very very poor service by samsung . Tremendously disappointed. t seems that I have to go to Consumer Court to seek redressal.

          I new buyer of samsung mobile galaxy note 8. I brought it before ten days ago. My hand set applicable for free wifi charger. But i did not get the code for this so went to croma to meet samsung customer executive but there is no one available after some time when i found them but she was busy in her own work there i saw she don't have time to solve my problem. She send another person but he also not responding very well he leave his place and went to other brand outlet and stand there and start another work and i think they both were not interesting to solve my quary very bad experience i got from samsung customers sevice i think you are not train them very well or may be they don't want work for samsung and it's happen 2 times with me once before buying my product and now also and the persone who was handling my query he share one photo from my cell phone by help of share it without informing me. Or without taking my permission this one example of your employee work. They have lots of attitude they are not sharing or guide to his customer actually they they don't have product knowledge it's happen in sion croma. After this i went to samsung care which is in sion circle with same issue that time they start to telling me i am not able to solve this problem because you buy this hand set from croma so go to croma and solve it this is way your emplyee handling customers so i request your employee please don't do like this otherwise you loose your customers trust. Now i 'll never buy any samsung product in feature because your poor service.

            I have ordered a smartwatch from samsung ship india. They promised that the delivery will be with in two days. But i got the item after 13days. The worst part is that the product isn’t working. After making a call to customer service 10-12times, they asked me to take it to the service centre. But the service person said that this service won’t test the product boght from online. He told me to took that product to other service centre. This continued for 2 days. After losing two days of work, time, money and energy, at last i got doa certificate. For making them to take the product back, i called them over 50times and i’ve sent over 20mails to customer service. It’s nearly one n half months now since i ordered the product. I have the product in my hand and samsung doesn’t even took a single step to address my issue. Really samsung’s service is pathetic.

              Dear sir / madam,
              I, j. Ashok galada purchased a samsung led tv of 55”/qa55q8camklxl on june 4th 2017 at m/s. Vijay electronics old no. 4 dr. Thamas road opp road to grt grand t nagar chennai 17. It’s been only four months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly there has been faults in the remote. Battery in the remote is drained and i purchased a new battery as the instruction given by your service engineer and it stayed for only 2 days. Again i called the samsung customer care they sent a service engineer he instructed us to buy “sony alkline battery” to the remote i purchased the same and this too stayed only for 3 days its causing a huge inconvenience. After having a conversation with one of your help centers i was told that the new remote costs 5, 000 rs. I have purchased the tv just before four months and the remote is not working properly i have warranty for one year so you can replace my remote. But your side servicing engineers are refusing to do this and finding fault i have been a fond consumer of samsung products until now when i have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centers. And after purchasing an expensive product, your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying samsung products seems like a very big mistake.

                There is a pink line on my galaxy s7 edge display.

                This issue popped up a few days ago like 5 months after i replaced my broken display at an authorised samsung care at nigdi, pune.
                Did they gave me an defective display??
                I mean i paid the full price of the display..
                Defective display is a manufacturing defect..

                It is a generic issue and a free replacement must be provided.

                If this would have been issue with only my s7 edge i wouldn't complain, but as the issue is existing in a very high percentage of same smartphone across the world it can be easily recognised as a sale of defective goods with inferior quality.

                To support my claim i provide the following link where samsung has apparently confessed about knowing this issue exists on various s7 edge.

                You guys just asked me to pay the entire amount of display ? For real that's not what i expected from Samsung

                    I bought a samsung juicer mixer grinder
                    Cost of the product was 4200. A man that was selling the product told me tht he is from the company and he have to go to his home (Bihar) that is why he wanted to sell this on the half price. And the sold this to me in 1300. When i brought this he showed me that the mixy is working well by swiching it on. And after few days when i opened the product nd swiched it on its not working at all. I wasted my 1300 rs. I googled about the product. But samsung is saying there is no such product by this name.

                      Had lodged complaint regarding refrigerator not working on 27th but that complaint has been closed without any resolution. Your customer care is pathetic your services are pathetic n your products r also pathetic.. N let me tell u that the way u guys are responding will kill your brand soon.. It's been more than 10 days that refrigerator is not working followed instructions also told by ur executive on my very 1st call to ur care... It's been only one year when i had purchased this product from u guys but never thought that this will work only for one year... Let me tell you that i'll not recommend this brand to anybody even i'll go and recommend people not to purchase any thing from you guys... Please resolve my concern on priority or else i'll go through some other medium and that will put u guys in a trouble..

                        I went to samsung authorized service center in dadar (East) to repair my samsung galaxy note 2. Its sim card slot was broken and needed replacement. Service center representative told me that they needed to replace the motherboard and charges would be rs.10000. When i googled around, i found out that sim card and memory card slots are placed on a single chip which can be detached from the motherboard and replaced easily. When i told this to the representative, he told me that they don't do motherboard work and asked me to get sim card slot replaced from "outside" (Local mobile repair shop). This is ridiculous. We cannot expect such a lame service from big brand like samsung. This is definitely not the correct way to provide solution to users.

                          Registered complain before one month complain no is [protected]. But still date no solution, every time when i contact to cstmr care they tell that engineer will visit my place but still date no one visited no update received. Complan issues are 1. Nouse in left side 2. Excess ice formation in freezer 3. Not cooling properly. My problem has been increasing day by day and finally due to excess ice formation the door of freezer has been broken and the asset of 20000 has become useless today just after one year. But after repeated calls and requests no one visited from service centre. I am a regular user of samsung having 4 mobiles, 2 tabs, one fridge, 1 tv, 1 microwave, but never faced such kind of poor service from samsung. But now i am very much dissatisfied with samsung service centre as well as customer care for not receiving any after sales service. Requesting your kind so operation and prompt action for resolving this issue on priority as since one month i hv not rcvd any service where as the tat is 4 hrs. Samsung customer care is not cooperating not giving any after sales service. Requesting your kind half in this matter. We are in very much trouble. Kindly provide any solution

                            My galaxy j7 display broke in july 17 which i got replaced in samsung service center in indira nagar, bangalore after paying 4400 rs. They gave a warranty of 3 months on the repair. This month my phone’s display stopped working suddenly. There was no external damage/crack at all on the screen. As it was in the warranty period of 3 months, i took my phone to the service center. They said they will replace it free of cost as there was no external damage and it was under warranty and asked me to come the next day. The next day when i went to take my phone, they had cracked my screen saying that there was an internal crack already and when they opened to check it, the crack “increased”. And they denied repairing it under warranty. 3 people fought with me over this together and asked me to call customer care. When i called customer care, first he started with “i understand mam”, put me on hold for a while and then he also started telling me the same things that the service centre people were saying. So basically, they cracked my screen themselves and then told me that they can’t repair it under warranty because it has external damage. Please help.                               -i purchased one samsung galaxy j7-black mobile from poorvika mobiles private ltd., vide bill no: serial no. Of invoice : gsi / till / 336. The configuration of the mobile follows :
                              Platform os android 5.1 (Lollipop), upgradable to 6.0.1 (Marshmallow)
                              Chipset, qualcomm msm8939 snapdragon 615 exynos 7580 octa
                              Cpu octa-core (4x1.4 ghz cortex-a53 & 4x1.0 ghz cortex-a53)
                              Octa-core 1.5 ghz cortex-a53 gpu adreno 405 mali-t720mp2 memory card slot microsd, up to 256 gb (Dedicated slot)
                              Internal 16 gb, 1.5 gb ram removable li-ion 3000 mah battery. Kindly confirm me about the edition of the above mentioned configuration of the mobile j7 released in india. They didn't gave me the battery, travel charge adopter, usb cable, stereo headphones, instruction manuel and warranty card. They told to get from the manufacturer samsung india. Kindly send me the same

                              Please stop the fraud emails from Samsung. Attachment ka option nhi h otherwise mai email ko attach jarur karta so please aap jaldi se jaldi iss type k fraud emails ko block yaa koi or solution kijiye. It's very dangerous and totally fraud please do something for this. It's very huge type of fraud and scam.

                                Today again we faced same issues. I am working in Kuwait and I will be coming to India on 15th Nov-2017 for this issue.
                                Today 3rd time washing after 2nd repair (first 2 times washing was ok), minimum washing time (35min) used and from 8 min again going back to 17 min (2 times) & 3rd time from 8min again going back to ub and keep blinking.
                                Sir we are totally upset with this Samsung machine. we are wasting lot of time, current. water and experiencing mental torture.

                                  Samsung india — samsung s7 edge screen replacement

                                  I have enquired the samsung dealer about the cost of samsung s7 edge screen replacement and it was mentioned that 10700 rupees will charged by samsung center and when i went to samsung service center in secunderabd (Tarnaka) they are demanding of 15000+service charges.

                                  Need you help to understand why it was huge difference in cost and samsung is cheating the customer in every way.

                                    I a consumer of samsung television would like to bring your attention to an extremely disappointing experience that i had while availing the services of the company . Not only the service engineer but the customer care of the company was equally ignorant about the urgency of the situation . Unfortunately service charges have been paid and this seems to be the probable reason for the delay . The service engineer war rude enough to handle the queries upon questioning . Different statements are given at different times, making t a worse experience for us . Thus with respect to this complaint and the difficulties caused we would like you to take a concrete step soon !!!

                                        My samsung galaxy j7 battery got busted while i was using it. I was merely saved from the incident. I complained against it and i was contacted by the samsung head office. They asked me to submit the mobile in the service center which i did. But today i got a reply from them that i bought a new battery for that mobile which got busted which is not true i. Its my sincere request to samsung please take care of your customers and provide value to them and i request consumer forum to take required actions against the culprits.

                                        I want samsung to refund the money that i have paid for the mobile back to me.
