    Samsung j7 prime 100 % discharge... Try to charge phone not charge so i contect ankleshwar samsung service centre he says i call u next 1 hour call me your pcb black dot find out so phone out of warranty first my phone not water damage so why black dot... Pick phone service center and normal shop says your phone repair charges 1000 and your display is full black so i think my phone change in service center... Give me a satisfaction answer otherwise cctv footage in samsung service centre..

      Hi team,

      I had purchased samsung galaxy c7 pro and it started acting weirdly from th day 3 and day 9 speaker had stopped working. Immediately i had approached support people and they have denied for the replacement telling that its just a software issue. Again the same issue repeated day 14 th and to my bad luck it is on sunday as the service centre is closed i had to approach online support people and immediately submitted my mobile on day 15th. Now these people are not replacing my mobile telling its 15th day. I had asked for replacement on day 9th itself but they have denied telling we cant as it is a software issue and reinstalled the software. Please do justice to me.         Respected sir i am very disappointed with the kind of service samsung has been giving me after investing in s8+ i have not received a wireless charger as it was free during the period i purchased the phone. As per the procedure samsung should send me the notification to redeem the offer but i have still not got the notification in my galaxy app. Later i had a talk with your customer executive about the issue he suggested me to mail the document then the reply was it the offer is over you cannot redeem the offer now. This is truly disappointed the its your mistake that you have not notified me yet! How can you blame on me? Please give me proper solutions as samsung is a very reputed compnay i have never imagined this kind of problem with you. Hoping for a proper solution as this is against consumer protection. I am totally disappointed.

          Good day

          I am mr. K. A. Ahamed meeran from pune, india. I would like to bring to your notice the following irresponsible response from your company staff.

          I had purchased 46 inch d5500 model led television on 31 oct 2011. The television set developed a defect on 01 oct 2017 and it was getting on and off on its own. So i registered a complaint at samsung call centre vide service order no [protected]. Technician mr. Anil attended the defect on 04 oct 2017 and said that the cause for the defect is either motherboard or smps board and the same has to be indented. He asked to pay advance sum of rs.2000/- and i paid the same to him and he also said that he will confirm within five days about the said spares. Even after 5 days as there was no confirmation from his end i called him on his mobile. He said that the parts has not yet been indented and he will do the same. So i called up the samsung call centre and requested to arrange for a call back from senior person. On 17 oct 2017 i received a call from gurgaon, india office stating that the indented spares is not available and he will instruct pune service centre to liase with me for settlement within 2 days. No one contacted me and no action was initiated from your office.

          On 23 oct i called up technician mr. Anil to get the feedback. He said that he has not received any conformation from his office and said he will let me know once he gets confirmation. As usual he failed to get back to me so i called up samsung service centre to arrange for call back from responsible person who can solve my issue. On 25 oct 2017 i received a call from mr. Ajay stating that he will arrange to solve the issue within 2 days. But unfortunately no one has contacted me till todate.

          Again on 30 october 2017 received a call from mr. Ajay from ghaziabad office stating that he will liase with pune service centre to collect my purchase bill so as to arrange for my settlement. Unfortunately till todate no action has been taken yet.

          Is this the way customers are dealt by samsung the biggest electronic appliance tycoon. Its almost more than a month and the issue is still unresolved. Is this the way the customers are made to run from pillar to post if it is so i feel ashamed to be a samsung customer.

          I am writing this mail with a belief that immediate action will be initiated from your end.

            I have this phone since may, everything was going fine till the fast charging stopped working, i solved that okay, nut yesterday as i went sleeping and left my phone on the charger something went wrong, when i woke up my phone was unlocking (The circle where there is a padlock in the middle and circle around it) and the blue sensor is on. I honestly don't know what happened it was only charging and nothing else, it's saturday and no one is working i don't know what to do, i really need the phone!

              Iam very sad and having very bad experience about the service given by mangalore center, i purchased samsung microwave oven from adishwar india ltd mangalore dealer on dated 31/12/2013 and bill no[protected] also i got for enamel cavity warranty for 10 years as it mentioned in warranty cards also. Now the unit stopped working and when i gave to mangalore service branch repair they told me it cannot be repair and told me cavity has damaged and cannot be repaired also we not able to replace parts ascavity part is not available. From last 3 month they are not giving me any response as i am calling them by phone they are not giving me any reply my samsung complaint no is-[protected] and after 3 months they not resolved my problem and now they are informed me that your complaint has not been resolved so we are going to close complaint. I repeatedly tried to ask your representative about the replacement of product cavity, but he refused to deal with my complaint.
              I trust this is not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been with you as i am using other your product and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

              After posting this complaint from Samsung, nobody has called me so far, My machine has been lying in Samsung mangalore branch from last 4 months, Nobody bothered so far about customer frustration.once sold machine to Customer they are washing there hands.This is not a way to play with customer trust .I lost hope that my microwave oven will get repair.Nobody cares customers .In future I never ever purchase any Samsung product.

                Updating reply from samsung after 15 days of my complaint registered on 10 th october and its not customer care and they like to threat us to fone calls and email. I need reply and resolution.
                Dear concern,
                Appreciated your written reply finally by assuring the quality repair for the product which failed quality performance to a customer within 30 days. The tech you send to open the tv who couldnt fix it back as he was in sweat in front o[censored]s to make the tv switch on again as i feel samsung not sending qualified tech to home for repair, tech visited without any id card or any other paper which shows he is the representative of samsung, i believe samsung offering such casual approach to handle customer complaint these places.

                So my question is that how can i trust on your repair as this is the things happen with me from your end.

                Please don't make a customer fool by saying this extended warranty expires within 7 days, don't you under estimate customer as i didnt buy any local product as you were initially praising so much for the quality checks of the product. Kindly provide me qc certificate for the same product if possible. Now i am in doubt that the dealer may sold the tv which was on their shop for display,

                As i reiterate you that rather telling me the count down time for the warranty period, escalate this to higher level and sort solution for your customer.

                And customer don't need samsung good will gesture as we do have consumer right after buying your faulty products.

                How many parts you will repair on my tv, pannel, remote, plus mother board.

                Hence i am not accepting your proposal if you cannot fix my problem kindly arrange for safe disposal of this faulty tv highly appreciated for that.

                I am sure none of the company can take such a guarantee and pride on behalf of brand and their customer trust. Hence i request samsung representative must not challenge people faith on samsung product it may not take years or months to loose the trust and so product recall is become inevitable if you challenge the customer faith like this.

                I need feed back from samsung at the earliest as its been one month now they couldn't contact me or resolve my issue as general public believe that samsung offering their service 24x7 as per advertisement.

                  Hi team i logged a service request for double door refrigerator on 30th october 2017. The service order no. Is [protected]. The refrigerator was not cooling. The technical team made a visit to our house n found that there is internal condenser leakage they put the product under observation for 3 consecutive days n took the photos of the product n invoice copy. On 2nd november 2017 the team told us that product is not repairable n since it is under warranty they will replace the product or refund the money. After that i have not received any feedback yet. I have been madly following the customer care team n each time i get the response that some will soon contact us. Please provide us with the resolution.

                  Thanks team for response.Mr. Manish from customer experience team has called me up today at 3:30 pm n said that that replacement of the UN repairable product is not possible also the 100% refund can not be provided.He is checking with the concern team about the amount that could be refunded.He will get back to me in day or two.I am wondering why the customer has to suffer if the company sells them faulty product. Why should the customer has to suffer every time.I also added note to the company that within 2yrs if purchasing we have refrigerator gas leakage problem which we got repaired from Samsung which cost us around 2000 rs and after that again within 1.5 yr we have a problem with the product.The product cost us 35 k plus 2 k which we have spend on repair till now.We look forward for justice with us.
                  On 5th November I again tried speaking to customer care representative and he assured me to arrange a call with senior executive.Later i call again on the same day and the representative made me speak to senior executive .Rather providing a resolution he again ensured me to speak to someone senior at Samsung head office.Till now I have no further updates on the same.

                    My phone was not working, it was completely dead. I have submitted to the nagaon service center on 4th october, 2017. And today its almost a month i have not received my phone. Whenever i visit they say they have no parts it will come and so on. If they dont have the parts why have they opened their stores. And their contact no. Is also not available, whenever called either switch off or not reachable. So, i kindly request you to take some actions. As i am a student and my family s conditon is not so good it is not possible for me to buy a new set. So either they repair it or hand me a new set according to the policy. Thank you.

                      Please be patient to hear my story in detail as today i have experienced worst ever treatment as a customer.

                      I always had faith in samsung high end phones. Earlier i have owned note 4, note edge and now i am owning samsung galaxy s8. I was proud to carry this s8 untill i was facing extreme difficulties with the battery backup and with low screen on time.

                      I decided to visit the samsung service center and i landed up in b2x service center ([protected]).

                      I reached there at 3pm and they entertained me by 5 pm. (P. S:they change the token number just before creating job sheet so that on the records they can prove that their turn around time was low).

                      I requested them to change my battery as i was facing poor battery back. My job sheet was prepared at 5:43 pm and they asked me to wait for 1 hour. After 1.5 hours they informed that my battery cannot be replaced today as their is some qr code missing from the battery. I was out of patience after waiting for 4 hours.

                      Now let me share you one interesting thing, the qr code which they said is missing on the battery was actually available when i had a view on the battery while the engineer was opening it in front of me. Then they took the phone backroom as they said rest of operation will be completed in another room.

                      Now, i am not sure how the qr code is not on battery. Either its a manufacturing defect or it was a defect created by service center people or they changed my battery with any other faulty battery.

                      After making me wait for 4 hours they said. It can not be done today and i will have to leave phone with them.

                      Once i refused to the offer of further delay because of some self made reason they tried to trick and warn me in many ways. Finally i asked them to return my phone without repair for which they created some rwr in the system.

                      Now to cut long story short. After buying a phone such as samsung s8 by paying almost 58 thousand rupees. Do i deserve this kind of treatment.

                      Do i deserve to waste 4 hours and come back home feeling insulted insulted and furious.

                      I was always a big fan of samsung when compared to apple. But seems i was wrong. Apple is so good when it come to treat their customer.

                      Frankly speaking i have lost hope that after spending rs 58000 i am getting a phone which is not giving even half a day of screen on time and the worst part is i can not do anything about it as when i tried to visit the service center they tricked me, they insulted me and humiliated me for sure.

                      I again will say one thing. Do i deserve all these by being loyal to a brand like samsung and buying such a costly phone from them.

                      I have attached the job sheet created by service center and it has all the details.in case you decide to help me and make things better at your end then please see the attachment.

                        A complaintcomplaint with reference number. [protected]. Sir, this is m. Sowjanya., i bought samsung j7max mobile in tirupati on 25/09/2017. So after 15 to 20 days the mobile screen was broken into pieces. And gave that phone to samsung customer servicein tirupati. And they told that the samsung team members i. E-high officials didn't initiate a approval but the phone work had done. It has a free service for new screen glass. So sir u must approval the complaint please. It has completed more than 25 days but still the work not had done.

                          Dear sir i have purchased samsung j2 pro on 4th oct. 2017. At that time i have not checked everything & on 22 oct when i inserted the earphone it was not working. For same i visited to dealer & he guided me to visit service center. I went to service center & as per them there is issue in device jack. As per service center i have to bear repairing cost. For same i register complaint under complaint no. [protected]. I was suppose to get call from your person yesterday but still no response. I am not aware why i will pay repair cost if phone is under warranty. Kindly resolve my issue on priority.

                            After updating my samsung j7 prime android version from lolypop to naugat facing charging related problem. Then i sent my device to samsung care center for more than 4 times where they change charging jeck and did software updation of the device, but still facing the problem. My device taking 5-6 hours for completing the charging upto 100%. Besides i also talk to the manager of the care center and he said "we do not have any better solution of it".
                            My device is still under guaranty/warranty period but not getting any solution from the care center. Please give me a better solution for it.

                              My samsung fridge has body gas leakage just in three years of purchase.

                              This is a manufacturer fault. I have been given a faulty fridge. I want full refund of rs 41500/- and not deducted amount after 66% depreciation. The seller has sold me a faulty fridge. How can gas leak from a fridge just in three years?

                              I will go to consumer court for this if i will not get full refund.

                                  I have purchased samsung mobile j7 prime on 21st may 2017. Somehow charger of the mobile is damaged so i went to your authorised service station at srk enterprise at galaxy building nr. Shivranjani cross ahmadabad gujarat

                                  I met one guy for charger damaged as in the mobile box i found that i got the warranty for mobile 1year and for accessories it's 6months.

                                  Based on that commitment mentioned in new purchased mobile box i went to your authorised service station and i got poor response from the authorised store and the guy told me that they don't know how yhe charger damaged so they will not respond my query and they also told me samsung mobile has not provided warranty for accessories.

                                  Need your clarification on this on top most priority.

                                    The washing which i bought is higher end. Costed me above rs.20000. With in 5 years of time i spent another 20000 to repair it.
                                    I am sure others also faces this problem.
                                    Till now i have changed following in my washing machine:
                                    1. Control board - two times changed.
                                    The particular service person was saying this is due to power surge.
                                    Samsung claims it has high technology which can protect from surges but this is fake. They use all low end components. No protective mechanism like other washing machine.
                                    2. Diamond drum
                                    Which they advertise in a big way buy they use low end plastic to hold this. Recently i have change this also.

                                    Big companies like samsung doing like is making me to thing about this brand.

                                      I am come for repair my mobile at somwar peth service centre (Add - sunrise skyline, office no. 1, 1st floor, pune 411011) my bill no is -[protected]

                                      I came from kalyani nagar, it is 8 to 9 km far from your centre, there are 45 minutes take to reach your distance,

                                      After waiting and submission of mobile i want to go toilet and ask in centre, he replied go in ground floor, i went and see there are no toilets there, return back to that person and told him no toilets at ground floor.

                                      And your staff talk with customers very rudely.

                                      In every service centre have toilets, how this service centre have not?
