[Resolved] Samsung India — my mobile and negligence on the part of the head office | |
My mobile was in working condition but calls were going to the emergency no without my dialing. I took the issue to samsung center located at kphb and they dismantled my phone without even a document nor permission and said i have to pay them 11k because the motherboard is at fault. I brought it home and connected it to the charger and the phone which was charging earlier was showing very odd icon on the screen. I called the customer care and was asked to contact one mr. Anand at the samsung center i visited earlier. When contacted, i was asked to come over and they said they will repair my phone and when i went in was made to sit for 2 hours and refused to agree what they said. From that day till today i am contacting customer care with no use. They tell me that the topic is escalated to head office. Iam calling every hour. The head office is very negligent in the issue and my complaint is also misworded and mismanupulated. I even requested to be connected to some higher official and they refused. Please help me soon.
