[Resolved] Samsung India — My mobile earphone ear damage internally and it is in under 6 month warranty | |
Hye i m arpit from noida and i have 2 smartphone of samsung And in my samsung on 5 model which is in under 6 month waranty and my earphone are not prperly work so i want to replace it from your service center sec 3 noida but your technician said that your earphone part is not available so u can submited your mobile for 2 working days which is compulsory. And i am using jio sim in my mobile then he said ur jio is also not properly work after submitted mobile because samsung on5 upgrade version does not support jio volte. That is my big problem and same problem in my second mobile j5 which is upgraded by service center before 1 month then same prob occur my jio sim is not working in my j5.
