[Resolved] Samsung India — never mind offer approval timeline | |||||
Job sheet number [protected] Worst service experience. The approval for the screen replacement takes 10 days alone and another 5 days to carry out repairs. Have been asked to wait 'patiently' until 29th to hear from the service centre. The so called fragile plasticy flagship phone s8, can't even take a 2 feet fall. So much for wasting 54, 000 on a piece of acclaimed flagship under the much advertised 'never mind offer'. The type c cable went bad in 7 months. Got the boat indestructible cable for half the price & 24 months warranty. Wish could do that with the phone. My third and last samsung phone, for sure after such after sales experience. Never going to fall for their nonsense & hype again. Can never match apple or any of the japanese counterparts. Jack of all, master of none! Cant connect to customer care. Chats have auto templates.
Pathetic.
How can u people ask for 1 month. Its 2018!!!... u talk about latest technology and it takes weeks to check and approve a basic applicability of an offer!!
Stop fooling people.
