Samsung India — New air conditioner not repaired | |||
Model no - ar18jc3ufuqnna Complaint no - [protected] I bought a samsung air conditioner on 7 april 2016 which stopped working on 29 july 2016. Technician visited and said a part is not working which needs to be replaced and not available with them. Despite of mulitple calls to the service center there is no response on when the ac would be repaired. Everytime service center is called someone says that matter is escalated and would get a call by senior manager within an hour but no one has contacted from samsung Was this information helpful? | |||
