We faced display issue with samsung led tv model "49mu6470". As the tv is under warranty samsung replaced it with new display panel with bar code id: vn09bn9502654es405k310035 on 21-october, and the installed new display panel has the same issue. So here samsung installed a faulty new display.
From 21-oct i called samsung customer care multiple times may be 40 times, escalated the issue with customer care supervisor 3-4 times.
Please check the complaints raised.

In this one month period of calling the customer care...
1) few of my complaints were closed by service centre people without consulting me by simply updating "customer not at home" kinda messages. Service engineer not visited our home but closed the comaplint.
2) there is no coordination between service centre and customer service.
After following repeatedly, today 25-nov samsung installed one more new display with ever bigger display problem. Newly installed disiplay bar code : vn09bn9502654es406m720036.
Few points to consider..
1) samsung installed faulty display panels 2 times. Is this way samsung mnc works?.
2) samsung service centre closing the tickets without resolving the issues. Is this correct?
Please resolve this.
