[Resolved] Samsung India — New fridge needed servicing 4 times in 6 months | |||
Dear sir, I bought my new samsung RT28K3953PZ/NL in 12/8/16. From the very begining the 4 degree lower region does not cool properly. We needed servicing 4 times since purchase and everytime servicing guys come and tell us there is defrosting problem. Now they are saying they need to take it to warehouse for checking. Fridge being an essential appliance in our large joint family we requested a substitute fridge but they refused to listen. My experience with samsung is pretty bad, emi is not over yet and the fridge is not cooling properly. I request you to lool into the matter and atleast provide us a substitution. Debkanya.
